When Bear Archery came to CQL, they had 6 separate sites including Trophy Ridge, Fletcher Archery, Cajun Bowfishing, Rocket Broadheads, SIK Broadheads, and their iconic brand Bear Archery. Their vision was to create a new shopping experience unifying all Bear Archery brands into 1 website, delivering a legendary experience to find the perfect hunting bow and accessories and providing easy-to-use site management tools to market and grow their 6 brands.
Bear Archery, a division of Escalade Sports, had unique requirements for the website, including bow registration, bow repair services, and a dealer locator that could filter based on distance and dealers that offered the Legend Series (not sold online). Using Shopify’s multi-site framework, Bear Archery was able to reduce their time to launch by leveraging features of Escalade’s other Shopify brands, including videos on product pages, product comparison, product bundling, and design for a future bow configurator.

The CQL and Escalade teams architected a repeatable model on Shopify that supports an entire portfolio of Escalade Sports equipment brands, including Bear Archery, Woodplay, Fowling, STIGA, Lifeline Fitness, Onix Pickleball, Goalsetter, American Heritage Billiards, and more. CQL provided a new digital identity, mobile-first redesign, and website launches for 10 brands, including Bear Archery, in under 12 months.
